Bees are essential to many eco and agricultural systems due to their ability to pollinate flowers, which supports biodiversity and food production. It was in this amazing context that we decide to name our studio Apis, also the meaning of every project that we choose to take on. We believe, just like the bees, in work as a powerful tool to positively improve the world we live in. Our skills and experience, our passion for food, art, philosophy and nature allow us to work with the food business to bring out the true essence of each project with originality and innovation.
Our passion for the gastronomy world comes from our belief that food is a key aspect of our environment. For that reason we look at every project as a chance to appreciate and give proper value to the ‘alchemy’ that is transforming ingredients into delicious and nutritious food, giving strength and expression to the brand or product being represented.
Our mobile studio allows us to work either at our fixed address in Italy, where worldwide clients send us their products and where we can reproduce recipes, but also to travel to design and photograph at specific locations.
